Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship to other countries outside Singapore!

How long does Shipping and Delivery take?
After the payment is processed and order confirmation email is sent out, it will take an estimated 1 to 2 months for international orders to be delivered. Customers in Southeast Asian countries may receive their items earlier, while Singaporeans will receive within a week.

Do my orders have a tracking number?
The default Standard Mail option does not have tracking and will most likely be delivered into a mailbox of the given address. Please choose a mailing option with tracking (provided in checkout) if you wish to monitor the location of your items**. An email will be sent to you with the order tracking number if the correct mailing option is purchased. Tracked items will most likely be delivered to doorstep, or in some cases, mailbox.

**Due to ongoing tariffs, tracking options will not be available to USA customers. Only small prints and stickers can be purchased and delivered. 

My items have not arrived after 2months, what should I do?
Contact us by Whatsapp or Email, we will try our best to help you out!

Do you do refunds or replacement of items?
Depending on the case, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement of defected goods. Please prepare a picture of proof that the item received is damaged, before contacting us on the issue.
